Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for creating excellent engagement customer experience through:
- Responsible for communicating with customers through various channels (Inbound & Outbound calls, Written Communications, Social media platforms & Al Arkan website).
- Responsible for Replying to customer inquiries, Processing Orders, Requests & Open tickets to the operation departments.
- Follow up with customers about there inquires, requests & issues.
- Follow up with the Operational Department with any unsolved tickets &Requests.
- Responsible for Announcing Promotions & Offers about our products through all communication channels.
- Report feedback on the efficient Customer experiences process.
- Handle with any other assigned tasks as per business need.
Job Requirements:
2 – 5 years experiences as moderator or +3 – 7 experiences as Customer Services Rep (using all various channels)
Languages:
English Fluent & Arabic Fluent
Computer skills:
Microsoft office & SAP
Location:
New Cairo -Cairo Festival City.
Work conditions:
Rotational shifts
2 days off per week
